Blogging has been nonexistent for a while because I’m on vacation. Classes, last-minute projects, and an emergency trip to the regional State Department office for an expedited passport (don’t ask!) took precedence. But we dragged the laptop along (my bridge program is on it!), so I decided to sneak in a little foody stuff while hubby’s out mountain climbing.
