Winter 2008 Schedule - Coming Soon

My apologies to everyone for my delay in getting the Winter 2008 Class Schedule posted.  It should have been up by the end of the Thanksgiving vacation, but I’m behind on a lot of things and it will not be up until this coming Monday, December 10. 

Since there have been inquiries, I have set the dates for the next Very Basics Series and Beyond Basics Series.  Very Basics will be held on Tuesdays, January 29-March 4 from 6:00-10:00 PM.  The Beyond Basics Series will be held on Thursdays, February 28-April 3 from 6:00-10:00 PM. 

Thanks for your patience.  Now, I’ll go work on the schedule…

Holiday Cookies: Arlene’s Lebkuchen

Now that classes are finally winding down for year end, it’s time to start the holiday baking.  Every year I tell Chuck, “I’m only makin’ two varieties this year.”  And he laughs and laughs.  Well, this year, I’m serious.  Two varieties.  Because I’m making candy, too.  About every four years I get into this candy-making mood; it’s a good way to use up all the extra chocolate, coconut, condensed milk, etc., culled from our upcoming and final workshop, Holiday Cookies.
