The French Herb Garden

By this time, the herb gardens are beginning to flourish. We’re looking at using our favorite herbs in the French manner this summer, subtly surrounding and infusing our recipes with the best of the summer crop. Our menu may include:

• Potage d’Herbe (Cream of Herb Soup)
• Provencal Vegetable Tart
• Rack of Lamb with Lavender
• Asparagus Bernaise
