Let’s hope that this year is a great season for our favorite early summer fruit. Somehow, strawberries say “New England” to us. Students will prepare classic recipes using local berries. (We always hold some of the best berries to dip in chocolate!) Our menu:

• New-England style Strawberry Shortcake. (Real whipped cream only!)
