Fresh, organic, local – these are the by-words for today’s local restaurants and home cooks are following suit. We are putting together a menu of summer favorites based on the best local offerings. After scouting area farmer’s markets and fishmongers, we will return to the kitchen to prepare recipes that showcase the best of what New England has to offer. And, because we like to turn tradition on its head, we’ll take favorite local recipes and give them a contemporary twist.
