Quick Weeknight Meals

Chef Fred Rubin has five quick dinners in mind for weeknights, as well as a shopping list to make the hunting/gathering part of the operation less painful. Included are simple serving suggestions for rounding out the meal. Currently we’re thinking about:

• Halibut with Herb Stuffing Crust
• Flank Steak with Chimichurri
• The Big Vegetable Soup with Pistou
