Blitz Cooking!

Learn to make two weeks of dinner entrees in one day. We call this operation “blitz cooking”.  Chef Fred Rubin is the owner and operator of Someone’s in the Kitchen, a personal chef service, so he brings his best recipes and do-ahead knowledge to this class. Wear comfortable shoes! Right now, Fred is contemplating the following menu:
