Do you like science? Do you like candy? Become a candy chemist this holiday and put your science and math skills to work in this class on all things sugar – and chocolate is not neglected, either. Students will learn the hows and whys of Chocolate Fudge, Saltwater Taffy, and Hand-dipped Chocolates. Some healthy savory treats will be provided for students to eat while they work – we want to avoid sugar overload!
