Whether baked as a classic domed loaf with a topknot or encasing a garlicky sausage, this dough  is a must in every serious baker’s collection. We will prepare classic and “blitz” brioche and use the dough to make:

  • Saucisson en Croute
  • Glazed Almond Bunnies
  • Easter Morning Sticky Buns
