We don’t know from whales, but we do know that Chardonnay can be difficult to pair with food – sometimes too oaky, sometimes too flinty, sometimes too overpowering. Our friendly sommelier from Julio’s Liquors will be here to talk about Chardonnays and how to successfully pair them with food – which students will prepare.
