Camp is four half-days, Monday through Thursday, 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
Day One/South America: Arepas (Corn Cakes) with Assorted Toppings, Arroz con Pollo (Chicken and Rice), Shrimp Chimmichurri, Dulce de Leche Flan
Day Two/Italy: Italian Meatball Antipasto, Lasagna Cupcakes, Homemade Breadsticks, Neapolitan Cake Bars
Day Three/Southeast Asia: Beef Satay with Dipping Sauce, Pad Thai, Filipino Chicken Adobo, Thai Tea Ice Cream & Coconut Cookies
Day Four/France: Mini Quiche Lorraine, Chicken Crepes Bechamel, Haricot Vert, Profiteroles with Chocolate Ganache
