This popular workshop is back. This time, we focus on weekend meals for busy cooks that appeal to us during the cold New England months. They’re familiar and warm, like an old bathrobe (which is what we’re usually wearing while dining on these gems, as the snow swirls outside the window.) We’ve torn them apart, tinkered with fresher ingredients, cut the fat, and simplified the recipes so that they can be enjoyed on a regular weeknight. Need we say more?
