Cake decorating redux! We had such a great response to this class, we’re offering it again this spring. Before you teens can work alongside the Cake Boss, you must learn the basics. Students will learn to layer, fill, and frost a 6-inch cake and add attractive decorations that use simple decorating ingredients and techniques. We will learn the basics of using a pastry bag too!
