There’s more to a sandwich than slapping a slice of cheese between two slices of bread. Have you ever had a doner kebab? Or a Uruguayan hamburger, the chivito? How about Welsh rarebit or a beautiful composed sandwich from Denmark? Hot or cold, open or closed, vegetarian or pile-on-the-meat – you can travel the world and eat nothing but sandwiches the whole time! Students will also prepare homemade breads and rolls, condiments, and classic sides for their creations.
The camp is for students ages 10-15 years of age (no exceptions!)
CU will provide beverages and lunch for our students each day.
The series is 5 half-days, Monday-Friday, July 10-14 , from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM each day.
