Working with local produce from Chestnut Hill Farm in Southborough, students will prepare five fast, seasonal pasta sauces – all vegetarian, all delicious. On the menu:

  • Orrechiette with Greens Pesto and Ricotta Salata
  • Linguine with Caramelized Fennel and Pine Nuts
  • Pasta with Spinach and Sweet Leeks
  • Butternut Squash and Goat Cheese Fettuccine
  • Broccoli Pesto, Sausage and Penne
