Learn to hand-craft your own fresh sausage in our workshop. It isn’t difficult – just a few supplies and a few hours time commitment is all it takes. Students will learn to select ingredients, proper grinding, how to season the sausages, and how to stuff the casings. Then, take your sausages home, but please stay long enough to sample our homemade sausage with a local craft beer. On the menu:

  • Sheboygan-style Bratwurst
  • Hot or Sweet Italian Sausage
