Become a French pastry chef this summer! From pate a choux to pate brisee, students will learn the science and techniques behind a variety of French desserts. It’s exacting and demanding and a lot of fun.
Students will spend the first four days of camp learning the basic of breads, cakes, and pastries. Garnishing and presentation will be very important, too. Students learn some solid culinary skills, tap into their creativity, and work together in a fast-paced environment. On the last day of camp, our students invite family and friends to partake of our French pastry shop.
- The camp is for students ages 10-15 years of age (no exceptions!)
- CU will provide beverages and lunch for our students each day.
- This series is 5 half-days, Monday-Friday, July 9-13, from 2:30 to 6:00 PM each day.
- Upon registration, you’ll receive an information packet with a form to complete and return to us.
