Since we can’t travel the globe this summer, we’re creating our own international-style bakery this year! Students will spend the first four days of camp learning the basics of classic cake, pies, breads, pastries, and cookies. Garnishing and presentation will be very emphasized! On the last day of camp, our students will open their bakery for friends and family to visit and partake.
- The camp is for students ages 10-15 years of age (no exceptions!)
- CU will provide beverages, snack, and light lunch for our students each day.
- The series is 5 half-days, Monday-Friday, July 15-19 , from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM each day.
