Adult Classes



Culinary Underground offers a wide variety of classes for home cooks of all levels and interests. Classes are small, hands-on, and technique driven.

  • The Very Basics Series: Six classes where beginning or returning cooks learn basic cooking techniques and prepare delicious meals.
  • Workshops: Individual classes that focus on specific topics, such as cheese making or duck.
  • International Cuisine: Techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles of the world’s great cuisines.
  • Baking Classes: Sweet and savory baking, often scheduled for Sundays when the pace is more leisurely.
