Very social…. Being a non-cook, learning how to do pizza dough from scratch was a bit scary but it was so easy. Lori helped me every step of the way but I did do it myself. The appetizers were extremely easy to follow. We learned about making pizza , so while the dough was rising, we made appetizers. The appetizers were great. My partner and I made buffalo chicken dip. It was great. We were eating our creations all night. It was great. I will definitely make pizza now . I loved learning about making our own dough. I really learned a lot and I enjoyed every minute of the class Lots of fun The class was really informative and very social. It was terrific. Lori is a not only a great cook, but she is a great teacher. I am normally intimidated in the kitchen but Lori made me feel very comfortable.
