Registration Policy

Advance payment for all classes is required for registration.
Cancellations up to 48 hours prior to class will result in either a credit towards another class or a full refund if requested.
Students can arrange with the instructor to make up a missed class in the series courses at no charge and; missed make-up classes cannot be rescheduled.
We reserve the right to cancel any class that lacks sufficient enrollment. Students will be notified of cancellation and a class credit or full refund issued.
We reserve the right to make changes to the menu due to market fluctuations and other factors, such as allergies or dietary restrictions. We make every effort to minimize any changes.
You will automatically receive an email confirmation before class. During inclement weather, it’s a good idea to check to see if class is happening (although we’ll try to reach you by phone or email).
