There’s nothing like a cuppa and a scone! The goodies that come out of ovens all over the British Isles is pure heaven. Many of the breads and pastry we enjoy in America have their roots in England, Ireland, Wales, and Scotland and we’ll be preparing them for an elaborate tea party.

Students will spend the first four days of camp learning the basic of breads, cakes, and pastries. Garnishing and presentation will be very important, too. Students learn some solid culinary skills, tap into their creativity, and work together in a fast-paced environment. On the last day of camp, our students invite family and friends to partake of a full English tea party.

  • The camp is for students ages 10-15 years of age (no exceptions!)
  • CU will provide beverages and snacks for our students each day.
  • This series is 5 half-days, Monday-Friday, July 30-August 3, from 2:30  to 6:00 PM each day.
  • Upon registration, you’ll receive an information packet with a form to complete and return to us.
CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY; Camp cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the first day of your child’s camp. There are no exceptions. No refunds, credits, or camp rescheduling will be provided for cancellations made after this time. Camp cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund.
