The kids in our classes make pate a choux all the time – that’s the fancy French name for cream puff dough. And this month, we’re making swans out of it – filled with sweet whipped cream (the real stuff!) and floating on a lake of chocolate. These swans are so beautiful!

The class is for students ages 7-10 (no exceptions!)
Enrollment is limited to one adult and one child; tuition price is for the duo.
CU will provide beverages and a light snack for the kids
