There’s nothing like a cuppa and a scone! Students will spend the first four days of camp learning the basics of breads, cakes, and pastries from the British Isles. Garnishing and presentation will be emphasized! On the last day of camp, our students will host an elaborate tea party for family and friends to partake of their treats. Students learn some solid culinary skills, tap into their creativity, and work together in a fast-paced environment.

  • The camp is for students ages 10-15 years of age (no exceptions!)
  • CU will provide beverages and snacks for our students each day.
  • The series is 5 half-days, Monday-Friday, August 5-9 , from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM each day.
  • Upon registration, you’ll receive a information packet with a form to complete and return to us.  Please note our allergy policy.
CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY; Camp cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the first day of your child’s camp. There are no exceptions. No refunds, credits, or camp rescheduling will be provided for cancellations made after this time. Camp cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund.
