The Earl returns! Hot or cold, open or closed, vegetarian or pile-on-the-meat – you can travel the world and eat nothing but sandwiches the whole time! Students will prepare homemade breads and rolls and all kinds of condiments to build their creations and prepare classic sides to serve them. Can we please live in a delicatessen? Students learn some solid culinary skills, tap into their creativity, and work together in a fast-paced environment.
- The camp is for students ages 10-15 years of age (no exceptions!)
- CU will provide beverages and light snacks in addition to the meals that the students prepare.
- The series is 5 half-days, Monday-Friday, August 12-16 , from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM each day.
