Back by popular demand, a culinary tour of some of America’s best “Little Italy” neighborhoods. So many recipes, so many techniques – so little time! Students learn some solid culinary skills, tap into their creativity, and work together in a fast-paced environment. Bring your skills and your appetite as we delve into regional Italian-American recipes.
- The camp is for students ages 10-15 years of age (no exceptions!)
- CU will provide beverages and light snacks in addition to the meals that the students prepare.
- The series is 5 half-days, Monday-Friday, July 8-12 , from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM each day.

CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY; Camp cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the first day of your child’s camp. There are no exceptions. No refunds, credits, or camp rescheduling will be provided for cancellations made after this time. Camp cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund.
