Get a head start on your dream of becoming a professional pastry chef (or just baking like one!). With emphasis on learning skills and working in teams, students will rotate pastry stations each day, preparing various recipes based on classic pastry and baking techniques.

  • The camp is for students ages 10-15 years of age (no exceptions!)
  • CU will provide beverages and light snacks in addition to the meals that the students prepare.
  • The series is 5 half-days, Monday-Friday, August 10-14, 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM.
  • Upon registration, you’ll receive a information packet with a form to complete and return to us. Please note our allergy policy.

CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY; Camp cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the first day of your child’s camp. There are no exceptions. No refunds, credits, or camp rescheduling will be provided for cancellations made after this time. Camp cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund.
