Learn to make your favorite Asian takeout recipes at home! Maki sushi, dim sum, ramen, dumplings, scallion pancakes – are just some of the things on our menu this summer. Students learn the flavor profiles of different Asian cuisines, as well as solid culinary skills using some special equipment all while tapping into their creativity and working together in a fast-paced environment.
- The camp is for students ages 10-15 years of age (no exceptions!)
- CU will provide beverages and light snacks in addition to the meals that the students prepare.
- The series is 5 half-days, Monday-Friday, July 6-10, 2:30 – 6:30 PM.
- Upon registration, you’ll receive a information packet with a form to complete and return to us. Please note our allergy policy.
CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY; Camp cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the first day of your child’s camp. There are no exceptions. No refunds, credits, or camp rescheduling will be provided for cancellations made after this time. Camp cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund.
