This cooking club is for young adults, aged 12 to 15 years old. Our goals for this four class series is to introduce students to fundamental techniques of baking.
Week 1: Scones, Biscuits and Quick Breads [September 21]
Week 2: Cupcakes and Decorating [September 28]
Week 3: Cookies [October 5]
Week 4: Working with Yeast Doughs [October 12]
Classes are held on consecutive Tuesdays from 3 to 5pm.
