The Provençal region of France is famous for its farm to table style cuisine, which takes advantage of an abundance of local and fresh ingredients. Join us for a fall inspired menu:
Italian regional food is wonderful and the cuisine of Tuscany is especially popular. On the menu:
- Gougeres (French Cheese Puffs)
- Bouillabaise (Traditional Provençal Seafood and Fish Stew)
- Mixed Greens with Goat Cheese and Pear, Mustard Vinaigrette
- Profiteroles (Cream Puffs filled with Ice Cream and Drizzled with Ganache)
DAIRY, EGGS, FISH and SHELLFISH are ingredients in our menu.
