Learn to make Chinese dumplings! In this workshop, students will make homemade dumpling wrappers AND two types of fillings, vegetable and pork. Students will learn to fill, pleat, pan fry, and steam dumplings. Just in time to celebrate the Chinese Lunar New Year!
Note: Vegetable filling and dumpling dough are both plant based/vegan.
