Cancellation Policy
No refunds or credits for cancellations within 24 hours of class start time. From 24 hours to 5 days prior to class start time, you may request a credit for another class. Full refund is available up to 5 days prior to class start time.
Please note: registrations in quantities of 4 or more for a single class or couples night are non-refundable inside of 14 days.
Summer Camps Cancellation Policy
Camp cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the first day of your child’s camp. There are no exceptions. No refunds, credits, or camp rescheduling will be provided for cancellations made after this time. Camp cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund.
Inclement weather in the winter or summer may force us to cancel classes. Students will receive a full refund or a class credit, as they like. During inclement weather, it’s a good idea to check to see if a class is happening (although we’ll try to reach you by phone or email).
We reserve the right to cancel any class that lacks sufficient enrollment. Students will be notified of cancellation and a full refund or class credit will be issued, as they like.
