Welcome to Summer Camps 2022!

We have some terrific camps this year, both savory and sweet, for all junior cooks. You can find more detailed descriptions of each camp, listed below. See our information packet for camp policies and forms.

Upcoming Camps

All classes are full participation, hands-on classes. Proof of age may be required for some classes. Class structure consists of a knife skills demo followed by cooking, eating, and cleanup. Copies of all recipes are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes (no sandals, please). Aprons are provided for use in class. We reserve the right to make changes to our menus. Please let us know in advance of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special needs your child may have.

AGES

Culinary Underground’s Summer Cooking Camps are for kids, ages 10-15. Proof of age required. No exceptions.

TIME

All camps are five half-days. Sessions run from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM; Door opens at 9:30 AM.

LOCATION

Camps are held in our commercial kitchen at the Brickyard Plaza, 21 Turnpike Road/Rte 9W in Southborough, MA.

REGISTRATION

The cost is $550 per camp session. Full payment by check, cash, credit card, or gift certificate at time of registration. Confirmations are automatically sent out by email. Prior to camp start, please complete this information packet , and return to us by June 1.  Note that proof of age will also be required.

ALLERGIES AND OTHER FOOD RESTRICTIONS

Please read our allergy policy in the information packet . Culinary Underground is not a nut-free or wheat-free environment. While we strive with our menus to provide something for everyone, including vegetarians, there are certain allergies and restrictions that cannot realistically be accommodated.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Camp cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the first day of your child’s camp. There are no exceptions. No refunds, credits, or camp rescheduling will be provided for cancellations made after this time. Camp cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund.
